I've been vacationing at Pelican Cove since my daughter was 2 years old. My daughter is now 24yrs. old and still looks forward to our vacation time together. For us , it meets everyone's desires. We enjoy boating and the convenience of looking out of your balcony and seeing your boat docked just a few feet away. The family enjoys the beautiful crystal clear beach, the pool and jacuzzi. Fishing is great! And for the shoppers, there's an outlet mall near by. Also many restaurants within walking distance and the condos are well maintained!! I recommend Pelican Cove highly and look forward to our stay each year!   Sincerely, Sonia Fernandez Bill and Jen, Our stay on Anna Maria Island was the perfect family vacation. We have five children that love to stay busy and yet we as parents love to relax. The condos location right across the street from the beach is perfect! We would get up in the morning and walk across the street and maybe come back for lunch, or not. Either way, my wife or I could just walk back up to condo and get what we needed without packing up the children. The kids and I would go for long walks looking for sea shells and come back with a couple of shark teeth while mom napped. The convenience of this condo brought us back for a second family vacation. We could shower and rinse before going back into condo. The kids could swim in the pool or fish off the pier. Every once in a while we would walk down to the ice cream shop and cool off with a waffle cone. And there are plenty of places to eat out. Not to mention having a full kitchen to cook the stone crab legs. The sunsets are majestic and the peace in the morning as the seagulls soar and dolphins swim by is therapeutic. It is rare to find a vacation spot that provides location, accommodations and convenience. We can't wait to start planning our third family vacation on Anna Maria Island! Monty & Sherry Tuttle "The Tuttle Huddle" June 2004 was my first experience with Anna Maria Island Condo. I was never so pleasantly surprised with the view, the eminities, and the food. Not only that but, we were near Ybor City and it was a GREAT place to buy cuban hand rolled (right in front of my eyes) cigars. The water is much cleaner and clearer than the Atlantic Ocean side of Florida and the beaches were all sand, not rocks. At night, when we were done in the ocean, we headed back "home" for the evening and played with the kids in the pool. I will never miss another year and am grateful for such a homey place to spend my vacation. Dan M. Indianapolis, IN
